GOVERNOR CORZINE ACTS ON LEGISLATION

TRENTON-Governor Jon S. Corzine today took action on the following legislation:

S-2526/A-4250 (Sarlo, Kyrillos/Chivukula, Greenwald, Gordon) - CONDITIONAL VETO - Provides a corporation business tax credit for certain digital media content expenses and concerning the film production expenses credit, amending P.L. 2005, c.345.

S-2555/A-3951 (Adler/Lampitt) - ABSOLUTE VETO - Amends appropriation of moneys to the DEP from the "Water Supply Bond Act of 1981" for water supply treatment project in Camden County.

ACS for S-597/ACS for A-2969 (Kyrillos, Scutari/Moriarty Bramnick, Mayer, Cruz-Perez) - CONDITIONAL VETO - Regulates donation clothing bins.

A-1016/S-2393 (Prieto, Cohen, Stack, Moriarty/Coniglio) - CONDITIONAL VETO - Establishes the State Board of Examiners of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors.

A-1044/S-472 (Van Drew, Johnson, Egan, Greenstein, Albano/Sweeney, Doria) - CONDITIONAL VETO - Requires prenotification of certain plant closings, transfers and mass layoffs.

A-1698/S-2159 (Fisher, Cruz-Perez/Sweeney) - CONDITIONAL VETO - Concerns tax preparation services for certain clients.

A-4295/SCS for S-2702/2727/3007 (Roberts, Quigley/Buono, Karcher, Vitale) - CONDITIONAL VETO - "Charity Care Fraud Prevention and Detection Act."
