In yet another move to reaffirm his commitment to reducing the number of guns on the streets, Governor Jon S. Corzine signed legislation yesterday that will limit New Jersey residents to purchasing one handgun a month. In signing the bill, New Jersey became the fourth state to impose a one-gun per month buying limit.
