Domestic Companion Animal Council

Purpose: 
The Council consults with and advises the Commissioner regarding monitoring, studying, and reviewing the activities of the Animal Control Program, pilot clinics and other programs to control rabies, overpopulation, low cost spaying and neutering as well as other animal related issues.
