Heavy Drinking: 2001 – present: All male respondents 18 and older who report an
average of more than two drinks per day and female respondents 18 and older who report an average
of more than one drink per day.
Denominator includes all respondents except those with do not know/refused/missing responses.
Percentages are weighted to population characteristics.
