The New Jersey Worker and Community Right to Know Act (N.J.S.A. 34:5A-1 et. seq.) is available on the New Jersey Legislature's web site in a text format and on the Right to Know Program's web site in Adobe PDF format.

To access the NJ Legislature site:

  • Go to http://www.njleg.state.nj.us
  • Click on Statutes
  • At the bottom of the screen, you will see a white box next to the SEARCH button. Type "Worker and Community Right to Know Act" in the box (include the quotes)
  • Click on the Search button.
  • Click on 34:5A-1. Short Title to view the NJ Worker and Community Right to Know Act
