The Division of Health Facilities Evaluation and Licensing of the Senior Services and Health Systems Branch of the Department of Health and Senior Services is proposing to readopt N.J.A.C. 8:43F, the Standards for Licensure of Adult and Pediatric Day Health Services Facilities.  The proposal appears in the August 7, 2006 issue of the New Jersey Register.

The public has until October 6, 2006 to comment on the proposal.  Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must submit their comments in writing to Barbara Goldman, R.N., J.D., Director, Long-Term Care Licensing and Certification, Division of Health Facilities Evaluation and Licensing, Department of Health and Senior Services, P O Box 367, Trenton, NJ 08625-0367.  Written comments on the proposal must be postmarked on or before October 6, 2006, which is the close of the 60-day public comment period.
