| The Walking Log Book is comprised of four sections that help you
get started and maintain a walking program, track miles walked,
and apply for a certificate of achievement when you have walked
at least 30 minutes a day, 4 or more days a week for 12 consecutive
weeks. Please read each section of the Walking Log Book before beginning
this exercise program and best wishes as you walk your way to better
health and physical fitness.
