AIDS Drug Distribution Program (ADDP)

The AIDS Drug Distribution Program (ADDP) is for individuals with needs for HIV or AIDS specific medications.

You are eligible for ADDP if you meet the following requirements:

  • A New Jersey resident;
  • Not currently eligible for Medicaid or PAAD;
  • Have a letter from a physician attesting to your need for AIDS or HIV specific medications; and
  • Annual income which does not exceed $54,150 if you are a single-person household or $72,850 for a two-person household. The maximum household income limit increases by increments of $18,700.
