Program Summary

• Qualified participants receive free access to HIV-AIDS related prescription medications approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration.
• Must be New Jersey resident;
• Must be ineligible for Medicaid or PAAD;
• Must have annual income which does not exceed $54,150 if you are a single-person household or $72,850 for a two-person household (maximum household income limit increases by increments of $18,700 per person); and
• Must have application signed by a physician attesting to your need for AIDS or HIV specific medications.
