| Program Description: |
| | The vision of the Weston Science Scholars Program is to expose students to the realities of scientific research with |
| | the ultimate goal being that they will choose a career path in the area of mathematics, science and or technology to |
| | ultimately improve scientific accomplishments and produce all kinds of advancements in medicine. The goal is to |
| | provide scholars with a strong foundation in mathematics, science, technology and communications so they can meet |
| | the demands of the scientific community. The philosophy of the program is to instill a love for the various scientific |
| | disciplines to which they are exposed to in their research and that they will carry this passion for the rest of their |
| | lives. |
