Program Description:

The Rutgers Upward Bound (RUB) Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The program is

designed to assist and motivate students to succeed and graduate from high school and prepare students to enroll

and complete a post-secondary education of their choice. Upward Bound is a year-round project which has two

components: a six-week residential summer program, and a Saturday academic year program.
