Program Description:

The mission of the Upward Bound Program is to empower eligible high school students to increase their academic

skills in order to achieve a higher education. Upward Bound serves high school students from low-income families or

high school students from families in which neither parent holds a bachelors degree. Upward Bound provides

instruction in math, science, composition, literature, and foreign language.
