Statement in Lieu of Rulemaking Calendar

Take notice that the Department of Human Services has adopted a 60-day comment period for all rulemaking activities. Therefore, in accordance with the rulemaking calendar exception under N.J.A.C. 1:30 -3.3, the Department shall not publish a separate rulemaking calendar.
