Please be advised that Reports of Expenditures (ROE) are to be submitted to DAS on a quarterly basis. Quarterly ROEs are due at DAS 10 working days after the conclusion of the previous quarter. Final ROEs are due at DAS 120 days after the contract end date. Please ensure that all ROE fields are accurately completed in order to avoid a disruption in contract payments.
Additionally, the single audit is due at DAS 120 days after the contract end date.
