Personalized Social Supports for People Diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome - Request for Proposal "The Request for Proposal did not elicit the type of information from bidders that would have allowed the Division to make an informed decision on what bidder should be awarded the Asperger's project. Therefore, the Division has elected to throw out the Request for Proposal. A new Request for Proposal will be drafted. Please refer to the New Jersey Register and this site for the posting of the new RFP."
