10.20.14   NEW! Fee for Service Rate Schedule: Quick Reference Guide

The Division has developed a revised, more user-friendly Fee for Service Rate Schedule: Quick Reference Guide.



10.14.14   Provider Information Session: Day Habilitation Certification

With anticipated implementation of the new Day Habilitation Certification process in the coming weeks, the Division has scheduled a Day Habilitation Certification Process Information Session. There are four time-slots to select from in November, and pre-registration is required by October 31, 2014. Please see the Information Session flyer for details. 



10.10.14   Provider Qualification Process Temporarily on Hold

Please be advised that effective October 20, 2014, the qualification of new service providers will be temporarily on hold. Any applications currently in process or those in transit and received by October 17, 2014 for open services at this time will continue to be processed. The Day Habilitation qualification process continues to be on hold.

This change is necessary due to the development of the Medicaid provider application process as part of the Division’s system reform efforts. The Medicaid provider application will remain open for Support Coordination services only. Please check the Supports Program page of the Division’s website regularly for updates regarding the Medicaid application process.


   
12.09.13   Central Registry

A Central Registry of Offenders against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities was established in the Department of Human Services through bi-partisan legislative support and a law signed by Governor Chris Christie on April 30, 2010.  Information can be found at Central Registry of Offenders against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities website.

12.02.13   Developmental Disabilities and Mentall Illness Report

The Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder Treatment Work Group convened by the New Jersey Department of Human Services has posted its final report on the Division of Mental Health Services website, under Managed Behavior Health Organization.
