The Division of Family Development (DFD) awards contracts via the Request for Proposals (RFPs) process or annual renewal. Renewals of contracts are based upon program performance, contract compliance and availability of State and/or Federal funding. Technical assistance is provided throughout the contract term awarded.

Contract packages are to be submitted by mail with a copy of the award letter attached. Packages will not be accepted without the award letter.
