OFFICE
OF STATE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT |
The Office
of State Hospital Management (OSHM) was established under
the DMHS Assistant Commissioner, Kevin
Martone |
|
Given his unique knowledge of the state hospitals, Gregory
Roberts was appointed as the Assistant Director for the
Office of State Hospital Management (OSHM) created in August,
2006.
The OSHM was established in order
to transform four separate (Ancora,
Greystone Park, Trenton,
Hagedorn) hospitals into a truly cohesive
hospital system of care.
Our goal is to ensure that the four adult hospitals function
in a similar manner. Some examples include organizational
structure (e.g., Tables of Organization), provision of active
treatment, census reduction efforts, implementation of evidence-based
practices, reduction of violence and workforce development
initiatives.
