reflects our commitment to providing an immaculate, state-of-the-art,
and home-like community for our 400 developmentally disabled
citizens. Our initiatives in the areas of active treatment,
client’s rights, and normalized environment afford each
client the opportunity to reach his or her maximum potential
within NJDC and for some, outside in the community at large.
Our proud tradition as a premier residential facility for
developmentally disabled individuals has endured for more
than seventy-five years. Today, the NJDC organization demonstrates
a renewed spirit. We are inspired by the ever-increasing opportunities
that we provide for those we serve. The Center has established
a contemporary community environment where every citizen is
afforded the highest quality of life. North Jersey Developmental
