DIVISION
OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE & HEALTH SERVICES RSN
Regional Staff Nurses (RSN) are registered nurses
who staff the ten regional Medicaid offices called Medical
Assistance Customer Centers, or MACC’s. The work performed
by the RSN is challenging in both breadth and volume and requires
a multifaceted approach.
