Mediterranean Sauteed Grape Tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, stemmed
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley or basil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Saute tomatoes in olive oil over medium heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with herbs; toss to coat and season to taste. Serves 6.
