Here's How to Play
This ticket will feature four (4) game play areas: ROULETTE, DICE, SLOTS, and TWO OF A KIND, with twenty (20) chances to win on a ticket.
Game 1 ROULETTE: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal one (1) YOUR NUMBER and six (6) ROULETTE WHEEL NUMBERS with six (6) corresponding prize amounts. If the YOUR NUMBER matches any ROULETTE WHEEL NUMBER, the player wins the prize for that NUMBER. This play area can win up to six (6) times.
Game 2 DICE: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal six (6) ROLLS. Each ROLL will consist of two (2) DICE and one (1) prize amount. If YOUR DICE total 7 or 11 in the same ROLL, the player wins the prize for that ROLL. This play area can win up to six (6) times.
Game 3 SLOTS: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal six (6) PULLS. Each PULL has three (3) play symbols and one (1) prize amount. If three (3) identical symbols are revealed in any one PULL, the player wins the prize for that PULL. This play area can win up to six (6) times.
Game 4 TWO OF A KIND: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal two (2) HANDS. Each HAND contains two (2) CARD symbols and a prize amount. If two (2) identical CARD symbols are revealed in any HAND, the player wins the prize for that HAND. This play area can win up to two (2) times.

How to Claim $1,000, $5,000 and $1,000,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $5,000 or $1,000,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
