This ticket will feature two (2) game play areas: a KEY PRIZE AMOUNT MATCH and a BONUS. KEY PRIZE AMOUNT MATCH. The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the main play area to reveal three (3) LUCKY PRIZE AMOUNTS and fifteen (15) YOUR PRIZE AMOUNTS. If any of YOUR PRIZE AMOUNTS match any of the LUCKY PRIZE AMOUNTS, the player wins that amount. If the matching YOUR PRIZE AMOUNT is GREEN, the player wins DOUBLE that amount! When you win a $1,000, $10,000, $50,000 or $100,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
