This ticket will feature two (2) game play areas: a KEY NUMBER MATCH and an EXTRA POINT CASH BONUS. KEY NUMBER MATCH: The player gently removes the scratch-off material covering the play area to reveal four (4) WINNING SCORES, fifteen (15) YOUR SCORES and fifteen (15) PRIZE AMOUNTS. How to Claim $1,000, $10,000 and $100,000 Prizes!
When you win a $1,000, $10,000 or $100,000 prize, first sign your name on the back of the ticket, then fill out a Claim Form Mailer at any New Jersey Lottery Retailer and mail the original Claim Form Mailer, along with the ticket, to Lottery Headquarters. A check will be mailed to the winner following validation of the ticket.
