Notice of Administrative Corrections

Fee Schedule

Take notice that the New Jersey Board of Nursing discovered errors in the text of N.J.A.C. 13:37-5.5.

At N.J.A.C. 13:37-5.5(e)4, the language "plus the applicable initial certification fee set forth in (d)2 above" is relocated to appear after the $ 100.00 fee for clarity, conforming to the placement of such language throughout the section. In addition, the reference in that language to paragraph (d)2 is corrected to refer to paragraph (e)2, which sets forth the initial certificate fee under subsection (e).

At N.J.A.C. 13:37-5.5(f)4 and 5, the references to paragraph (d)3 are corrected to refer to paragraph (f)3, which sets forth the certification renewal fee under subsection (f).

This notice of administrative corrections is published pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-2.7.

Full text of the corrected rules follows (additions indicated in boldface thus; deletions indicated in brackets [thus]):

13:37-5.5 Fee schedule

(a)-(d) (No change.)

(e) The following fees shall be charged by the Board in connection with certification of sexual assault nurse examiners:

4. Application for certification by endorsement [plus the applicable initial certification fee set forth in (d)2 above] 100.00

Plus the applicable initial certification fee set forth in (e)2 above

(f) The following fees shall be charged by the Board in connection with certification of massage, bodywork and somatic therapists:

4. Late certification renewal. $ 50.00

Plus the applicable biennial certification renewal fee set forth in [(d)](f)3 above

5. Lapsed certificate fee $ 100.00
