Adopted: March 6, 2008 by the State Board of Professional Engineers in consultation with the Home Inspectors Advisory Committee, James K. Valenti, Esq., PE, Vice President.
Filed: March 13, 2008 as R.2008 d.91, with a technical change not requiring additional public notice and comment (see N.J.A.C. 1:30-6.3).
Authority: N.J.S.A. 45:8-73 and 45:8-77.
Effective Date: April 7, 2008.
Expiration Date: January 26, 2011.
