Take notice that the Office of Administrative Law has discovered a codification error in the text of N.J.A.C. 13:42-4.4. When this section was originally proposed and adopted in 1993 as a new rule (see 25 N.J.R. 3062(a) and 4937(a)), subsection (j) contained four paragraphs, which were incorrectly codified as (j)i through iv, rather than (j)1 through 4. This section has not been amended since its original adoption and this error has persisted in the Administrative Code since 1993. This notice of administrative corrections is published pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-2.7.
