Substance Abuse Evaluator; Title and Function

Representing the Probation Association of New Jersey (PANJ)
PANJ has filed a grievance contending that the licensure requirements do not apply to the work performed by the Substance Abuse Evaluators, therefore those functioning in that role should not be required to be certified.
