Drs. Virginia Smith and Vivian Price will appear before the Committee to discuss the Lincoln University Master of Human Services and Master of Human Services Degree with a Concentration in Counseling.

The report for 1st half of Fiscal Year 2009 is presented for Committee review.
OLD BUSINESS
Substance Abuse Evaluator; Title and Function
A. Lynsey A. Johnson, Esq., Fox and Fox LLP
Representing the Probation Association of New Jersey (PANJ) Ms. Johnson’s request for an extension to submit information regarding requirements for the Substance Abuse Evaluators and the rationale that the role should not be required to be certified is presented for Committee review.
