VI. LEGISLATIVE/REGULATORY

A. Cultural Competency - Continuing Education

The adopted amendments, N.J.A.C. 13:34-8.2 and 8.3; N.J.A.C. 13:34-15.2, 15.4, 24.2 and 24.3, tabled from the November 15, 2007 Board meeting will be presented for discussion.

B. Senate Bill 2387

Establishes certificate of rehabilitation for certain persons with criminal records.

The Board will convene in executive session to consider pending consumer complaints and disciplinary matters. Immediately subsequent to executive session the Board will return to open session.
