TRENTON: NJ Attorney General Paula T. Dow today (Monday, November 7, 2011) will join Thomas R. Calcagni, Director of the State Division of Consumer Affairs, and Stephen J. Taylor, Director of the Division of Criminal Justice, to announce the filing of civil charges against the alleged perpetrators of an $8.5 million Ponzi scheme and criminal charges against one of those defendants in an unrelated $1.1 million theft case.
