of $300. Offense occurred on January 18, 1979 at the Resorts International
Casino. Mr. Alverson past posted illegally in the amount of $300
while playing the game of Blackjack. Pled guilty on June 11, 1979
and sentenced on June 11, 1979 in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Sentenced
to six months to Atlantic County jail, sentence suspended. Placed
on probation for six months and fined $500. Ordered to make restitution
in the amount of $300 to Resorts International Casino. |
