Arrested
on December 2, 1983 for signing hotel guest register and various
food and beverage bills at Bally's Park Place Hotel and Casino.
As a result, Mr. Rao was indicted by Atlantic County Grand Jury
on February 15, 1984, for two counts of forgery, theft of services
and possession of gambling records. In July 1984, Mr. Rao was admitted
into PTI and, as an apparent condition thereof, signed a casino
exclusion waiver form. On February 21, 1985, the charges were dismissed
under R. 3:28. |
