Note:
Qualifying nonprofit organizations are
eligible to receive funding for certain non-enforcement
programs approved by the Director of the Division of
Highway Traffic Safety. Grant
applications for Federal Fiscal Year 2010 commencing
on October 1, 2009 will be accepted until March 31,
2009. A copy of the application for the highway
safety project is available by writing to the New Jersey
Division of Highway Traffic Safety, PO Box 048, Trenton,
New Jersey 08625 or by telephoning the office at (609)
633-9300. In addition, the instructions and application
can be found above. |

Grant
applications are accepted on an on-going basis. The
Division awards full-year traffic safety grants according
to the federal fiscal calendar (October 1-September
30). Grants of a shorter timeframe are also awarded
to support statewide enforcement mobilizations (for
example: Click
It or Ticket and Drunk
Driving - Over the Limit. Under Arrest.)
