Forum to Present the Facts and Information
Forum is Open to Election Officials, Civic
& Religious Groups, Ex-Felons &
General Public

WHAT:
New Jersey Attorney General Peter C. Harvey
will host the “Ex-Felon Voting Rights
Forum,” as part of his “Be
Powerful, Be Heard” voter outreach
and awareness initiative under the Help
America Vote Act of 2002” (HAVA).
The forum will include a panel discussion
with representatives from the New Jersey
Department of Corrections, Parole Board,
and Juvenile Justice Commission, county
election officials, the New Jersey Institute
for Social Justice, and other advocates
engaged in felon re-entry programs.
