CASE INFORMATION

Baby was found by citizen on October 12, 2003 at 6:45 a.m. at the corner of Bay Avenue and Morris Place in Bloomfield, New Jersey wrapped in a XL 3/4 sleeve baseball type warm up shirt. Shirt is white with red sleeves. Baby was probably born on October 12, 2003 sometime between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. The umbilical cord was attached but appeared to have a rough cut.
