STATE POLICE AND MONMOUTH COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SEEK ASSISTANCE IN IDENTIFYING BODY

     West Trenton, NJ - Investigators from the New Jersey State Police and the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office are in search of the identity of a body found in a wooded area of Upper Freehold Township on Saturday, December 7th. The body was discovered by a hunter in the area around County Route 537 and south of Interstate 195.

     The victim is described as a, Hispanic male, in his early twenties, 5'11", weighing 150 pounds. The victim was wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a black Chicago White Sox jersey with the word "Sox" across the front in white letters.

     Investigators are asking anyone with information regarding the possible identity of the victim to contact the New Jersey State Police, Hightstown Detective Bureau, at 609-448-0074 or the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office toll free at 1-800-533-7443.
