The implementation of the task force recommendations to improve counseling resources, provide suicide awareness training, and execute an anti-stigma campaign by the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Human Services, the Police Training Commission, Cop2Cop, and the Governor's Council on Mental Health Stigma, along with law enforcement and the mental health community, should lead to an increased awareness and prevention of law enforcement suicide across New Jersey.

The Governor’s Council on Mental Health Stigma worked with the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Human Services, the Police Training Commission, and Cop2Cop to create the anti-stigma campaign entitled "Tough Cops Ask For Help – Don’t Remain Silent, Don’t Let Stigma Stand in Your Way".  The poster is featured here for download.
