Sicklerville Junior ROTC Battalion Commander Joins New Jersey Army National Guard

Schley, a senior at Winslow High School, has been assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 5th Squadron, 117th Cavalry, located at the National Guard Armory in Vineland. He will attend Basic Training at Fort Jackson, S.C., and after completing basic; he will begin Advanced Individual Training as an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist performs administrative, clerical and typing duties to include military and nonmilitary correspondence in draft and final copy. Every Administrative Specialist employs basic principles of English composition and grammar in preparing correspondence.
