Madison resident Airman Basic Francis Wulff (right) was sworn into the 177th Fighter Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard by Col. Robert C. Bolton, 177th Operations Group Commander. Wulff will serve with the 177th Maintenance Squadron in Aerospace Propulsion after he completes basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
