Philadelphia resident Airman Basic Ana Mecaj (left) was sworn into the 177th Fighter Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard by Capt. Edward J. Dagney Jr., 177th Financial Manager.  Mecaj will serve with the 177th Security Forces Squadron after she completes basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
