Sparta resident Pfc. David M. Otero has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the 328th Military Police Company, located at the National Guard Armory in Cherry Hill as a Health Care Specialist, after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
