Vineland resident Pvt. Arnaldo R. Ramos has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the 1st Battalion, 114th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Atlantic City , as an Infantryman, after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, S.C.
