Freedom Salute For New Jersey Army National Guard Troops Back From Iraq

WHAT: Ceremony to honor returning Soldiers and their families
WHEN: Sunday, October 14 at 1:00 p.m.
WHERE: Bordentown Armory, 1048 Route 206 South, Bordentown, N.J.
DETAILS: Ceremony will be held to recognize ninety-six Soldiers of Company D 250th Brigade Support Battalion upon their recent return from duty in Iraq. The extended deployment of 15 months in a combat theater was part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Family members of the Soldiers will also be recognized for their support on the homefront during the lengthy separation. The ceremony will include the retirement of the Company D 250th BSB guidon (military unit flag).
