Gloucester City resident Pfc. Charles Harris III is congratulated by Chief Warrant Officer 3 Glenn Eckenrode after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Dec. 14. Harris will serve with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company 1st Battalion, 114th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Woodbury as an Indirect Fire Infantryman, after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
