Neptune resident Pvt. Joseph W. Ace (right) is congratulated by 2nd Lt. Dossantos after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard. Ace will serve with Battery B, 3rd Battalion, 112th Field Artillery, located at the National Guard Armory in Toms River as a Motor Transport Operator, after he completes basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.
