Sicklerville resident Pvt. Shelton M. Oliver III is congratulated by Capt. Nicholas Calenicoff after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Dec. 13.  Oliver will serve with Detachment 1, 160th Engineer Company, located at the National Guard Armory in Atlantic City as an Interior Electrician, after he completes basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
