Bayonne Resident Joins New Jersey Army National Guard

Pvt. Gunshefski, a National Guard Youth Challenge Program graduate, has been assigned to C Company, 50th Main Support Battalion located at the National Guard Armory in West Orange. After completing Basic Training at Fort Jackson, S.C., he will attend Advanced Individual Training as a Metal Worker. Metal Workers are primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on metal body components, radiators, fuel tanks, hulls and accessories of Army watercraft and amphibious vehicles.
