Villas resident Pvt. Tony D. Driscoll (left) is congratulated by 2nd Lt. Tiffaney Mohammed after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Jan. 22.  Driscoll will serve with the 253rd Transportation Company, located at the National Guard Armory in Cape May Court House as a motor transport operator, after he completes basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.
