University Graduates Join New Jersey Army National Guard

Cline (left) after they enlisted into the New Jersey Army National Guard at Fort Dix on September 19. Spc. Gagnon, a graduate of Rider University, and Spc. Cline, a graduate of Rutgers University, enlisted into the New Jersey Army National Guard through the Battle Buddy Program, where they attend Basic Training together. They have been assigned to A Company, 1st Battalion, 114th Infantry located at the National Guard Armory in Mount Holly. They will attend Basic Training at Fort Leonardwood, Miss, and after completing basic; they will begin Officer Candidate School located at Sea Girt. Anyone interested in joining the New Jersey Army National Guard and wants to attend college tuition free, while earning a part-time income and serving their community, state and nation should call Staff Sgt.
